How do I get a quote for the rentals items I need for my event or wedding?+

There are two ways to get a quote for the rentals items you need. You may submit an online quote by placing items into your shopping cart and filling out the appropriate information. After the submission, you will receive an email from us with your quote. Or you may call us directly to speak with one of our Event Rental Coordinators to decide upon your items and receive a quote.

How much is the deposit to reserve the items on my quote?+

A reservation requires a nonrefundable 50% deposit of the total price.

Do I have to pick up my items or do you deliver?+

You are more than welcome to pick up your items as long as you have the appropriate vehicle. Please contact your Event Rental Coordinator to ensure you have the correct size vehicle for your rental items at pick up. For an additional fee, we can deliver your rental items to ANY location needed.

Do you set up the items at delivery?+

An additional fee will apply for us to set and place tables, linens, chairs, concessions equipment, etc. It is required that our crew builds all tents, dance floors, and stages.

What is your cancellation policy?+

Any cancellations of your event or postponement will result in the loss of your initial 50% deposit. Cancellations occurring within 7 DAYS prior to the scheduled delivery date and time may incur the full rental amount. For your continued business, we will honor your 50% cancelled event deposit toward another event or wedding and will keep it on file for up to 1 year.

Will you come evaluate my event space or home to measure for a tent?+

Yes, of course! We’d love to meet with you onsite to discuss your options for tent styles and sizes based on the area in which you are hosting your event or wedding.

When is the last day I have to make changes or adjustments to my rental reservation?+

Our policy for final additions, removals, or adjustments to your rental contract is 7 days prior to your event.

How do I know what size dance floor I need?+

Your Event Rental Coordinator is happy to work with you to determine the size and configuration for your dance floor. Or you may give it a try yourself with our handy Dance Floor Size Guide.

How do I know what size linens I need to properly cover my tables?+
